The Thai government announced the latest measures on traveling to Thailand to stimulate the Thai tourism from 1 July 2022 onwards, as follows:
Thailand Pass not required
Upon arrival, please present certificate of vaccination or RT-PCR / Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure
Medical insurance not required
Repeal the compulsory order to wear a mask: Mask is no longer mandatory, but it is recommended to wear in crowded places and at large events. Gatherings of more than 2,000 people must be informed to the committee for precaution against the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
Waive T.M. 6 form: Foreigners traveling by air are not required to fill in the T.M. 6 form.
The night business venues are resumed to usual conditions: According to the law, they are allowed to open until 2:00 AM.
Alcohol can be served in the hotel from 14:00 to 17:00 hrs. For restaurants or other attractions, the serving hours are under the provincial governor’s discretion.
