From 1 June 2022 onwards, the new travel measures to Thailand are as follows:
For Thais
Do not require Thailand Pass registration.
Simply present the evidence of complete vaccination against COVID-19. The COVID-19 test is not required. (Those suspected of being infected with COVID-19 are recommended to take the test.)
Those who did not meet the vaccination criteria/who were not vaccinated must present the PRO-ATK or RT-PCR test results issued within 72 hours prior to travel.
Attach all important documents through the system.
Travelers will receive a QR Code for entering Thailand.
The airline must check the Thailand Pass QR Code and reject passengers who do not present the QR Code.
All land border crossing points will be open on June 1, 2022.
Persons who meet vaccination requirements
Attach the proof of COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with the criteria.
Have health insurance with a minimum amount of $10,000.
Do not need to take the test before traveling. (Those suspected of being infected with COVID-19 are recommended to take the test.)
Persons who do not meet the vaccination requirements/who were not vaccinated
Attach the proof of COVID-19 PRO-ATK or RT-PCR test issued within 72 hours prior to travel.
Have health insurance with a minimum amount of $10,000.
Those without the Thailand Pass QR Code and proof of COVID-19 vaccination/COVID-19 test must follow the officers’ orders at the checkpoint upon arrival in Thailand.
